Getting approached by girls changed after I came home: in bars, cuter women, more direct affection. Before, maybe once every couple months a 5 or 6 approached; I’d chat just to be friendly. Now, every week girls either gawk or approach outright. One pretty Greek girl said, “I saw you across the bar, you’re hot, I have to talk to you.” I’m not ugly, but don’t have stereotypical looks this culture values. First time being called “hot” at 28 means something else is happening.

A friend suggested times are changing, girls approach more. I believe it somewhat. The seduction industry has filtered down to women; they’re taking sex and love lives into their own hands instead of waiting passively to be swept away. Still, six months feels short for a cultural shift big enough to explain my new magnetism. So I started looking for another explanation, one inside me, not out there. Something subtle changed in how I move, stand, and occupy space around women.

My theory: it’s body language. A man’s experience, confidence, attitude get transmuted into how he walks, stands, looks, gestures. Whatever I went through in six months now gets told, like a story, in the way I carry myself. That body language hits unconscious buttons in women, and they justify it by deciding I’m physically attractive. Looks without vibe or body language are almost useless, unless you’re still ogling Playboy pages instead of creating real-life attraction in the wild.

So what am I doing differently? Nothing I’m consciously aware of. That’s the point. Inner changes leak out nonverbally: relaxed posture, slower movements, stronger eye contact, unhurried presence. Women feel that before they process your face. In dating, your vibe walks into the bar first, not your words. When your experience and confidence rise, approaches flip: they start coming to you. You think it’s sudden; your body has been broadcasting it for a while already.
